Radiation Cat Series Pilot Premiering Soon
It's officially happening. Radiation Cat is getting his own pilot for an indie animated series. The 8-minute short film: ''My Toxic Pet'' follows Radiation Cat, as he escapes his captivity and Buron Labs, Inc. and ends up getting adopted by a young woman named Penny Bermuda, unknowing that the evil scientist who gave Radiation Cat his powers is looking for him and will stop at nothing to get him back. Will Radiation Cat be able to protect his new owner?
All these questions and more will be answered when the pilot premieres at the CineMásCorto film festival next week, on October 12- 13 at C3Tec in Caguas. It will also be screened at Fine Arts in Miramar from October 26-27. The pilot was written and animated by Orlando Cabrera and features an original theme music for Radiation Cat composed by Sam Swinnerton.
